Registration
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes the following:
- 2012 National Income Tax Workbook
- CD including the 2012 workbook and prior years' workbooks
- Morning and afternoon beverage service
- Complete luncheon
- Free parking
Registration
The $300.00 registration fee must be received prior to the start of the seminar you wish to attend. Because enrollment is limited, it is necessary to pre-register. We accept payment by check, Visa and Mastercard. You may also register on-line. If by mail, please send the registration form and fee to:

Confirmation
It is our goal to send confirmation letters within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the completed registration form in our office. In the event of late registration, confirmation and receipt of payment may be mailed after the completion of the seminar. If you have questions regarding your registration and enrollment please contact our office.
At the Door Registrations
Limited late registration may be available at the seminar on a first come first serve basis. An additional fee of $50.00 will be charged per person for registering at the seminar.
Refunds & Fees
Refunds
Because our participants are professionals with demanding schedules, we have a refund policy designed to accommodate those needs. Our refund policy is as follows:
Written notice of cancellation received by the Pennsylvania Tax institutes prior to 10 days of the scheduled conference:Choice of:
- Full refund less a $50.00 processing fee, or
- Refund of 50% of the registration fee and we will mail you the conference reference materials, or
- Transfer to another scheduled conference if seating permits.
Written notice received within the 10 day period prior to the start of the conference:
Refund of 50% of the registration fee and we will mail you the conference reference materials, or Transfer to another scheduled conference if seating permits.
NO REFUNDS will be issued after the start of a scheduled seminar. However, conference reference materials will be mailed to you.
Returned Check Fee
A fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks.
Classroom
Tape Recorders
Tape recorders are not allowed. All attendees will receive a CD containing the workbook.
Cellular Phones & Pagers
Please turn off all electronic devices such as cellular phones while attending class.
Room Temperature
Satisfactory meeting room temperatures are difficult to maintain. Always bring a sweater or jacket to ensure comfort.
Commercial Exhibits
Space will be available at some locations; contact us for details.
No Smoking
Smoking will not be allowed in the classroom.
Special Accommodations
We offer our seminars to disabled persons on a nondiscriminatory basis. Disabled persons with special needs who are planning to attend our programs are requested to phone or fax our office as far in advance of the seminar as possible so these needs can be addressed.
CPE & CFP Credit
CPE and CFP Credit
CPE Credit will be given for the seminar, which conform to the standards adopted by most organizations which have adopted the NASBA standards. Seminars are also designed to meet the educational requirements for practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Seminars are accepted by the CFP Board for continuing education credit.
Certificates of Attendance
These will be available at the conclusion of the seminar. No partial credit will be given. No certificates will be mailed.
Other
Tax Deduction
An income tax deduction may be allowed for expenses of education (including a portion of travel, meals, and lodging) directly related to maintaining and improving professional skills required in employment.
